I would like to see more info on not exercising. I have deteriorated disk and sever back pain. I changed my diet and only eat fresh, frozen veggies and fruits. I eat chicken mostly. I cut out sugar and drink allot more water. I'm working on cutting down in inflammation in my body. I can only do mild exercises. I'm physically unable to do much. What else can I do to help myself. I am now 60 and trying to avoid any hospital stays.
